THE GOVERNORS ROOM Quiet and comfortable for the most peaceful night's sleep, this room is tucked in the back corner of the house.  Double-size bed and ensuite 4-piece bathroom, including a shower and modern bathtub.

THE QUEEN FRANCES ROOM Views of the harbour and town from this bright and sunny room.  Queen-size bed and and ensuite 4-piece bathroom, including a shower and clawfoot bathtub.

THE KING WILLIAM ROOM Our second largest room has views of both the harbour and town.  The room features a romantic four poster queen-size bed and ensuite 3-piece (shower only) bathroom.  Can accommodate up to two extra persons on the pull-out sofa bed.

THE PEGASUS ROOM Located in the back of the house, the Pegasus Room has a view of the harbour over the rooftops of Old Town.  Queen-size bed and ensuite 3-piece (shower only) bathroom.

THE ATTIC SUITE The entire third floor is yours in our most luxurious space.  The Suite commands amazing views of the town, the harbour, Battery Point Lighthouse, and even the Bluenose II when she's in port.  Watch the world go by from the window sitting area or on the private outside deck.  Gothic inspired queen-size bed and ensuite 4-piece bathroom including a clawfoot bathtub and separate shower.  Can accommodate up to two extra persons on the pull-out sofa bed under the skylights.  Air conditioned.

ALSO AT THE MARINER KING The Mariner King boasts several rooms where guests can relax and enjoy the Lunenburg experience. There are two main floor common rooms, a second floor guest sitting room, plant room and garden patio.

                       Rates are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include the 14% HST (tax)

                                                RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES

Reservations and Deposits
Advanced reservations are strongly recommended. A non-refundable deposit of $25 per room

per night will be charged to your credit card at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. 

This will be deducted from the bill upon departure.  Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted. 

A three-day notice is required for all cancellations, including early departures.  Cancellation of group

bookings is based on the individual event and determined at time of booking.

Arrival and Departure Times
Our preferred arrival time is between 3 pm and 7 pm.  If you will be arriving after 7 pm, or before

3 pm, please call in advance to make arrangements for early or late check-in.  Check-out is at 11 am.

Smoking
The inn is a smoke-free establishment. Under provincial law, smoking is only allowed outside in

designated areas.  A cleaning fee of $200 may be assessed to your credit card if this policy is not honored.

Guest Safety and Comfort
For our guests' safety, the inn is hard-wired with smoke detectors, an alarm system and emergency lighting. 

Each of our guestrooms has a deadbolt lock and safety chain.

Pets
We have a young black lab named "Skippy”. She spends most of her time in our innkeeper space, but

will make a special appearance upon request.  She does occasionally wander through the main floor of

the inn, but is not allowed in any of the guest bedrooms.   Please let us know if her presence will pose

any problems for you.  Because we do have Skippy on premise, we do not take other pets as guests.

We will be happy to suggest local boarding accommodations for your pet.

Additional Persons
Our rates are based on single or double occupancy. Only a limited number of rooms can accommodate

an additional person for an added cost of $25 per person per night.

Televisions and Internet
All of our rooms have a cable television and VCR for your entertainment.  In addition, there is a large variety

of movies, including a selection filmed in the area, available for your use.  Wireless internet service is available

throughout the inn.
